A dignified Edwardian Guest House offering Bed and Breakfast situated in a quiet conservation area and located 1 mile south of Edinburgh city centre. Ashdene House has been owned and managed by the Daulby family for many years and their considerable experience is apparent in the quality of service and comfort provided.

There is unrestricted street parking just outside the house and an excellent local bus service, just two minutes walk to the bus stop, gives access to the city centre in ten minutes. If one prefers, a stroll through the Meadows leads directly to the medieval Old Town.

Theatres, cinemas and restaurants are close at hand. There are a selection of restaurants within five minutes walk. Brochures and leaflets can be found in the bedrooms and at various other points in the house to help you decide. Tours are available around the city or to other parts of Scotland. We can arrange for you to be collected from the Guest House.
